XAFYRE Connect is a unified platform designed to streamline business operations through CRM, smart scheduling, automated messaging, and client communication tools. Users are responsible for configuring and managing their own content, workflows, and interactions within the system.
To access certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.
Users agree to use XAFYRE Connect in compliance with all applicable laws. Any misuse, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or interfering with its operation, is strictly prohibited.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using XAFYRE Connect, you consent to the practices described therein.
The XAFYRE Connect platform is offered under a white-label license from a third-party provider. All branding, custom content, and proprietary materials created by or for XAFYRE LLC (including graphics, documentation, workflows, and configurations) are the intellectual property of XAFYRE LLC. Underlying software and platform infrastructure remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the platform is prohibited.
XAFYRE Connect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAFYRE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
If you are not fully satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of initial subscription by contacting our support team. Cancellations made after 30 days will not be refunded, but access will continue until the end of the billing period.
